If you’re looking for the perfect venue for your Boston restaurant wedding – look no further than No. 9 Park. When Nicole & Aaron, two major foodies fell in love and began to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted to to throw an upscale dinner party wining and dining their 50 closest friends and family. (PS the best vendor meal of 2022 award goes to this wedding!!)

After Nicole & Aaron woke up early and got in a quick crossfit workout together, we started getting ready at the AKA Boston Common (formerly the Kimpton Nine Zero) with Nicole and Aaron’s private first look & vow reading in the penthouse. Remember that scene from The Office where Dwight is in charge of decorating for Kelly’s birthday and makes the banner read, “IT IS YOUR BIRTHDAY” – well my friends, Aaron went a step further surprising Nicole with a “IT IS OUR WEDDING” sign!

As we snapped portraits all around the Boston Public Garden and Back Bay area, guests started getting situated at the ceremony site overlooking the pond. Nicole was giving major old Hollywood vibes – literally like a brunette Marilyn Monroe! And Aaron popping off with that green suit, OK! Both of their styles blended seamlessly together with all of the details of their day. After their ceremony overlooking the pond, we spent a few minutes grabbing ice cream and taking sunset photos in the street (because obviously) before heading over to the restaurant to meet their guests for cocktail hour and begin their 4 course dinner reception. This was SUCH an incredible wedding day, and I hope more people start planning a Boston restaurant wedding. Thank you so much to Nicole & Aaron for having me!

There are some rules around larger ceremonies in the Boston Common area, so if you are planning on doing something similar, make sure you have a coordinator to help out & have gone through each step needed.
