Recently engaged and trying to figure out where to take your engagement photos in Massachusetts?! AMAZING. There are sooo many places to choose from it might be tough to narrow it down. Whether you want something beachy, urbany, classic, I got you covered.
With all of my engagement sessions, I send you a prep guide that runs through outfit inspo, a ton of my favorite spots around the area, and tips to rock it! Whether you want to go somewhere that hold significance in your relationship (like where you got engaged), or adventure somewhere new, I’m always down to capture your love. Here are some of my favorite locations in Massachusetts to take your engagement photos!
Rooftop Garage Boston
I’m a huge fan of the lesser-known Boston spots, and this rooftop garage is one of my all time favorites. It’s great for couples that want an urban vibe without the crowds! Check out the full gallery of this session too.

Rockport, Massachusetts
This very well-known area of Rockport was actually where The Proposal was filmed, believe it or not! It looks great on a cloudy day, which we were lucky to have!

Borderland State Park
A fall favorite, there’s so much space in Borderland for a variety of photos. I love the fall colors from the trees here, and how the stone gives off a little extra warmth. This is a great place for couples looking for a classic or woodsy place. And FYI there is a $5 parking fee.

Old Silver Beach
One of the best sunset spots on the Cape, Old Silver Beach. It’s probably the cleanest beach in Falmouth, and close to downtown where you can go for dinner after. Fun fact, I actually used to work here in the summers!

Beacon Hill
The aesthetic of Beacon Hill is so cute. For those that want something a little different than the usual Public Gardens, head over to Beacon Hill instead. There’s so many hidden spots to pop in and out of. I love the cobblestone walkways, brownstone buildings, and even the esplanade!

Joe’s Rock
One of my favorite spots with the best golden lighting. You get mountainy/adventurey views without the hike! It’s a couple minutes to walk up to the top, but seriously my 3 legged dog can do it so you’re good. It also looks awesome in the winter covered with snow too!

Nobska Lighthouse/Beach
Another Falmouth hotspot, Nobska Beach is gorgeous at sunset. I love the option to hang on the beach, or head up to Nobska lighthouse too. When you’re done with your session, pop over to Woods Hole for dinner and drinks! Water Street Kitchen is amazing!

Provincetown Dunes
There are a lot of dunes around the P-Town area, and this one in Truro is one of my favorites. It’s a beautiful little walk up to the top, and the view is magical. The deep greens of the dune grass is stunning. And there’s even a beach at the way bottom for cliff vibes too.
